This is a one bedroom apartment located on the top floor (penthouse) of the complex. Maximum number of guests is 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children. Located on the upper level, our single bedroom mini penthouse offers an incredible sea view across the Pringiponisia Islands. The independent apartment offers an open plan living room with a lounge (Sofa Bed for an Additional Guest) dining setting and the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen. There is also the convenience of a family bathroom. The apartment has a private balcony where you can enjoy the calmness with a glass of wine listening to the peaceful sound of the Ionian Sea.

The apartment is fully furnished, air-conditioned in all rooms. Kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, and all a guest needs to prepare their meals at home. Free parking upon availability.

Each building is equipped with a washing machine & a dryer, iron & iron board. Communal decking area with outdoor jacuzzi, sun loungers, parasols. Private approach to the beach so you can experience the amazing Ionian Sea.

* A coffee shop, bakery, mini-market and pharmacy are within 2 minutes walk of the apartments, in Perigiali.

The beach of Pasas is a few minutes walk (600m) north of the apartments and the resort town of Nidri is 15 minutes walk (1.5 km) and you can continue for another 700m, to reach the busy harbour.
